What follows is dedicated to all of you that think that all that legal mumble jumble (is that even a word?) is out there to "get" you - on the contrary, my paranoid friend, it is there to help you build up wealth. 

One method of doing this is by protecting private and all ownership, protecting all and anyone's creation, be credited for the creation, and to benefit from it. So there you are, starting with law enforcement to the constitution of the United States (and everybody in-between) are on your side.

My first response about this was to create a hard (c) 2008 - no copy without permission, license. It gave me some time to think it over, study the alternatives opened by the new internet e-commerce, like Creative Commons licenses, and finally decided to implement a hybrid copyright licence as follows:

Faster! Faster! Buster, Kill Kill

This web page finally started its development the 17th of July 2008, with a dream and a prayer, as they say. One week later, I have already done the brunt of the work. If you were lucky enough, you saw all the mistakes, all the tinkerings to create a blog which will satisfy a need.

What is that need?

Some call it a niche, others an audience

you want ot make money in the internet forever?

do you want a PERPETUAL MONEY MAKING MACHINE (PSM3 for short)?

I have to assume the answer in both instances is YES - wouldn't it be nice?

Now, i ask you answer the most critical question - do you need money NOW?

If the answer is yes, then you've come to the wrong place. I'm like that turtle in the tv-ads that don't like speed. I do things systematically, specially on reflecting the particular step taken in view of the over-all design and purpose of the blog. 

Do yoy want to be a MILLIONAIRE - again, wrong if you answer yes. This is a very selfish thing of me, because I already live the dream. This is not a machine to create millions, but income.

I consciously know the bar I set is low if there is no ceiling (theoretically) as to the amount of income such a venture as this can create. My intention is to create a constant $2k/month with minimum effort to maintain. 

Two thousand a month permits a living anywhere. If the number is low, or is reached fairly quick, it can be raised (theoritecally ad infinitum) as needed, but I promise to show you the easy way.

Also, you need a product and I have created the PM3 brand which should be easy to market. Also, as writing is both work and passion, I have copyrighted all content very strictly, until I review those issues.

Finally a Logo!

Ironically, I speak about the single most important image of a new enterprise - the logo - just after opening it's "window to the world" which is the blog. I have worked on it and chosen the first two" basic black/white/black as a basis. In next days many more versions will be apearing at the end of the blog, in the image dump.

The new logo looks elegant and has a futuristic look about it, maybe because the 3 is slightly upwards the letters associating Einstein's theory of relativity - e=mc2, and the haphazardly copyright notice adds -I think- an element of post-modern equilibrium in accordance to a self-evident theory of chaos.

An after all, isn't out of chaos/nothing that everything is created? Isn't chaos inherent to any human endeavour. The international symbol of property appears like a blemish, and so is very conspicous although relativelly small to the general composition. The circle signifies the eternal wheel of life.

Image is everything

But substance is what we all crave.

We're all used to being bombarded by all kinds of advertisement ploys to get you to buy stuff. It's really very simple: make it big and make it shiny. Just ask Donald Trump.

However, this blog is not mainly to sell you things, although that's the whole point, as to show on how to sell it.

Tips #1

A note about security. I always try to maintain certain levels of privacy. After you open your e-mail account, and before you try to including it in any kind of code (i.e. your blog and/or webpage, you need to encoded in Spam-me-not by clicking here.

The First Step/El Primer Paso

The first step is to open an e-mail account (I prefer Google)

I recomend you use Google's service, called Gmail, and so you will save much work and money. But there are other equally free services that compete with more or less succes, among them Yahoo!, hotmail, etc.

I believe internet is the most powerful tool for development ever invented by any civilization. Thus I try to limit my contact with the moneyed world to internet, and my comunication is mainly conducted through e-mail. Thus the need for you to open an e-mail acount based on internet, or webmail.

This is the most difficult. This step is that which conquers all resistance to remain at rest. The worst mistake is to not even try. I just think it's tyring trying to convince you about your own aspirations. After all, nobody kwows what he (or she) wants better than the reader: to live in a house with a swimming pool, travel, stables full of mares...

What the reader wants to know is the manner of doing it with least amount of effort. Even the luckiest of millionaires will tell you the secret is to work in something which merits your confidence, and to work hard until you make it. Once we have the product of our hard work is that we obtain that to which we aspire.

The first step: Open an web-mail acount.

Este es el paso mas difícil. Este es el paso que vence la resistencia del todo a permanecer inmóvil. El peor error es no tratar. Yo creo que es fastidioso tratar de convencer a la gente acerca de sus propias aspiraciones. Después de todo nadie sabe mejor que el lector lo que desea: vivir en una casa con piscina, viajar, tener establos de yeguas...

Lo que en verdad desea saber el lector es la manera de lograrlo con el menor esfuerzo posible. Hasta el mas suertudo de los millonarios te dirá que el secreto es trabajar en algo que merezca confianza, y trabajar duro hasta conseguirlo. Conseguido el producto del duro trabajo es que conseguimos lo que aspiramos.

Por ejemplo, yo creo en internet como en la herramienta de desarrollo mas poderosa jamás inventada por civilización alguna. Por tanto, trato de limitar todo mi contacto con el mundo crematístico en internet y mis comunicaciones son principalmente a traves de correo electrónico. O sea, lo primero que tienes que hacer es abrir una cuenta de correo en un sistema basado en internet, o webmail.

Yo recomiendo que uses el servicio, de Google, llamada Gmail, y que te ahorres mucho trabajo y dinero. Pero hay otros servicios igualmente gratis que compiten con mas o menos exito, entre ellas Yahoo!, hotmail, etc.

El Primer paso: Abra una cuenta de web-correo.

ps. Please let me know what you think. I try to reach both english and spanish readers. I hope the random changes from english to spanish and viceversa isn't confusing. I also think internet is the place to really experiment with new narrative techniques.
